Returns & Refunds Policy

๐Ÿ“ฆ Physical Products (Plushies, Tumblers, etc.)

Returns:
I accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged physical items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging (if applicable)

Return shipping:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once I receive and inspect your return, Iโ€™ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads / crochet patterns

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

All sales on these items are final.

Due to the nature of digital files:

  • All digital sales are final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been downloaded

If you have trouble accessing your file, Iโ€™m happy to help!


๐Ÿงต Custom Orders

Custom items are made specifically for you, so:

  • All custom orders are final sale

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has started


๐Ÿ“ฌ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or incorrect

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and Iโ€™ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


โณ Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3โ€“5 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
